We’ll first have a quick phone call to learn about your business. If we’re a good fit, I’ll get you setup with our firm and begin to optimize your books.

I work on the books for each client a few times per week, then reconcile and create custom reports at the end of the month.
I also run reports by request, so you can email me at any time to request a report for literally anything and I will get it sent out to you ASAP.

I like to make myself available to my clients as much as possible, but I’m also not superman.
The fastest way to reach me is by text, or by email for non-urgent matters. I check texts within the hour and emails daily. I will only do phone calls if they are booked due to my availability and the amount of spam calls I receive. You can also text me to schedule a call for later in the day.

There are some services that I only offer by request, such as payroll processing.
This is because the main focus in my business each month is to manage your books, create reports, provide useful insights, and create plans to help you grow month-to-month.
Most often, business owners already have an established payroll provider, and I usually suggest sticking with them. However, if you need payroll services, I may be able to provide that service to you.
